Rapid Transformational Therapy, retrain the mind

Am I losing my mind? It’s a question that has surfaced more times than I wish to remember. The sense that your thoughts have a will of their own, pulling you down tunnels you never intended to enter. Old experiences replay themselves vividly, uninvited, bringing with them the same sting, the same weight, dragging you down. The mind can be a persuasive storyteller, and not always a kind one. I searched for a solution. This is how Rapid Transformational Therapy helped me take back control.

Rapid Transformational Therapy offers a way through the noise, with the promise of something more lasting than simply coping. Designed to address the root of emotional and behavioural patterns, it brings together hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and neuroscience to untangle what has been quietly shaping all of us beneath the surface.

At the heart of it is a simple idea. As children, we need to feel good enough, to feel connected, and to believe that what we want is available to us. When any of those are missing, we adapt. The problem is that those adaptations, those beliefs, tend to stay and not healthily.  RTT works to find them, understand them, and ultimately reshape them into something far more supportive.

Working with Alison Mustoe, I began with a detailed consultation, identifying and discussing the patterns I wanted to shift. The session itself was conducted online and lasted just over an hour and a half. What followed was not dramatic or theatrical, but deeply calming. Hypnosis, in this context, felt like a state of focused relaxation, a quieting of the noise rather than anything unfamiliar.

From there, I was guided back to moments that had shaped the way I think and respond. But it was not the events themselves that held the power, but the meaning I had attached to them over time. With Alison’s calm, steady direction, I began to see those moments differently, to soften them, to reframe them. The emotional charge that had once felt fixed began to shift. It was not a single memory, but a pattern across different stages of life. By the time I was brought back to the present, I felt tired, but noticeably lighter. The work did not end there. I was given a recording to listen to daily, reinforcing new, more supportive messages to take residence gradually in my subconscious, replacing the old, unhelpful words and phrases. While some people choose to have several sessions, I found one to be powerful. The sense of losing control has been replaced by something steadier, more assured.

I’m not losing my mind. This was how Rapid Transformational Therapy helped me take back control.

RTT was developed by Marisa Peer and has grown into a global approach for those seeking meaningful, efficient change. For anyone navigating their own internal landscape, it offers not just insight, but a genuine sense of release.
