Keeping well is a lifestyle choice and that’s why I choose to do things which make me happy and fit at the same time. A regular Tai Chi class keeps me grounded and Yin Yoga ensures that I clear my mind and find peace even for a short time. Walks in the park or woodlands draw me into the arms of mother nature and strengthens my appreciation for the environment. And I love riding a Vespa along country roads on a sunny day, feeling the breeze as I pass picture postcard scenes and take in the country aromas. Tranquil, calm and serene. A time to stop, to enjoy the moment and reflect. What do you do?
