A new era of consciousness brings a new calendar of wellness retreats
In an era in which the expansion of consciousness is not only a luxury but a necessity, Paradisus by Meliá, in collaboration with Sadhana Works and the Chopra Foundation launches a calendar of wellness retreats.
Bringing together global recognition, and a commitment to holistic wellness, the new alliance between Paradisus by Meliá, the Destination Inclusive® luxury resorts brand within Meliá Hotels International, Sadhana Works, and The Chopra Foundation aims to deliver world-class transformative programmes for guests. This will be the first of many collaborations between Paradisus by Meliá and Sadhana Works to bring and build an awareness around wellbeing to destinations across the globe.
This calendar of wellness retreats will unfold throughout 2024 across the Paradisus portfolio and in some of the world’s most sought-after cities, hosted by Meliá Hotels International, the retreats will follow the themes of “Inner Peace,” “Soul of Leadership,” and “Radical Love”. Spanning Europe, the United States and Mexico the retreats are scheduled to take place throughout the year and poised to become touchstones of profound personal change.
Inner Peace Retreat
The “Inner Peace” retreat is a compelling project for those who wish to contribute to the cultivation of lasting peace and take an innovative approach towards a world where violence is replaced by compassion, conflict resolution, and a shared commitment to the common good. This retreat is built around core pillars from the “Peace is the Way” program by Dr. Chopra and Gabriella Wright (The Chopra Foundation).
Radical Love Retreat
At a time when it has never been more important to foster self-love and connect with others, the “Radical Love” retreat is a space for personal development, providing time to reflect on one’s actions in order to develop a deeper sense of compassion. The retreat is Mariana Harpreet’s (Sadhana Works) programme, and the result of many years dedicated to various disciplines including kundalini yoga, family constellations, and body psychotherapy.
The Soul of Leadership Retreat
To promote conscious leadership during a time of significant transformation, the “The Soul of Leadership” retreat has been developed by Dr. Chopra and Poonacha, CEO of The Chopra Foundation.
During the second half of the year, Deepak Chopra will lead an annual event in Palma de Mallorca, where the Paradisus by Meliá brand will host a charity dinner, raising funds for the Mallorca Preservation Foundation. On this occasion, the “Sages and Scientists” event will focus on exploring the frontiers of integrative health, humanity, the cosmos, and consciousness. The seminar has selected thinkers, philosophers, doctors, scientists, musicians, and some of the world’s most prominent artists to take part in an open and innovative dialogue exploring these topics, led by Deepak Chopra.
