Wearing face masks is no fun but necessary. But help is on hand to ensure your skin stays nourished.
Sent courtesy of St Lucia’s Jade Mountain is a recipe for deliciously hydrating and softening face mask to create at home to nourish your looks.
The ingredients: 1/4 ripe mango 1/4 cucumber 1/2 banana
Peel the banana, chop and blend all ingredients either by hand (a potato masher is perfect!) or in a blender, to create a soft puree.
Smooth the puree onto your face, avoiding the delicate eye and mouth area.
Sit back, relax and let the mask take effect for around 15 minutes.
Use a warm, wet flannel to gently remove the mask.
Use a splash of cold water to remove any remaining residue and pat your face dry using a clean towel.
