The extensive Quellenhof refurbishment in early 2019 will coincide with the resort’s 150th anniversary in July 2019.
The complete renovation is part of a comprehensive investment programme throughout the resort worth 40 million Swiss Francs. As part of these exciting developments, the resort will also be launching a new family spa at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, set to open later in 2018.
Both Grand Hotel Quellenhof’s refurbishment and the family spa have been designed by renowned interiors expert, Claudio Carbone, who has previously worked with Grand Resort Bad Ragaz on the Spa Suites in 2009. The Quellenhof refurbishment is set to begin in February 2019 and will take five months to complete. During the redevelopment, all other areas of the resort will remain open and unaffected, including Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, Spa Suites Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, the Thermal Spa and the public Thermal bath, the Tamina Therme, the Golf, the casino, the medical centre and Bad Ragaz clinic.
These refurbishments will ensure that Grand Resort Bad Ragaz remains an industry leader, and also reflect the popularity of the Heidiland region for tourists.
